Horizon – FMS is a complete web-based Computer Aided Facility Management with Mobile Functionality that helps to computerize organize and enhance maintenance activities. Horizon – FMS with its unique features enables Asset Management, Planned Preventive Maintenance schedules, Breakdown Reporting, Employee details, Scheduling, Inventory, Vendor Management, Procurement & MIS reports in an effective methodology. Horizon – FMS has been designed to suit any organization including those who manage a single facility or a global property portfolio, or those who focus on a singular aspect of facilities operations or a full range of FM services.

All the master data and opening balances can be transferred. We can do that for you if the data is provided in the given format as required. Any other major migration exercise can be done as an additional scope if it all required.

Modules can be purchase individually. Some modules have integrated functionality and must be purchased together.

Our solutions can handle user scalability. You can go for the no. of users required as per your business process demands.

Our solutions are scalable and users or modules can be added/defined by the administrator as per the user license in use by the organization. Additional user licenses can be purchased at any time.

The cost of the solution is based on the modules chosen and the number of user license are required with training and implementation.
